THE FORBIDDEN TREE

by Tony Salmon

You are not making mistakes, you are simply walking your path. You are pure energy, incapable of doing anything right or wrong, you are simply completing a circuit from the invisible realm of energy and light where you originated in the Father back to that place of origin. The circuit that electricity will follow is determined before the journey begins and the journey ends at the point of origin. The law of circularity states that all things return to their point of origin (for an excellent study on they law of circularity we recommend Just What Do You Mean, the Law of Circularity? by J. Preston Eby).

Though energy can never be good or evil, thought energy can conceive of things as good or evil as a way of making sense of what we may not understand. The laws of the land are based on collective thought energy of what the majority of society accepts as right or wrong. While it is true that our laws are based on Judeo-Christian tradition, it is still no less collective thought energy. Some would argue that our laws are God's standards because they are based on the law of Moses, but, the law of Moses, as understood by the religious mind, is NOT God's standard of morality. It is God Himself who told Adam and Eve NOT to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. We must view our lives completely out of the context of right and wrong, good and evil, in order for it to begin to make sense.

Adam was LOWERED into this dense world of time, space, and matter. Literally, he was SLOWERED into this realm. The spirit-energy of Adam's light being began vibrating on a lower frequency in order for Adam to appear in physical form. God tells Adam NOT to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and that in the day he did eat from it, he would die. God in essence is saying, "Adam, you have always been 'luciferic' in nature - you have always been a being of light - completely one with Me. Now I AM going to experience a new dimension, I AM going to lower Myself in you, as you, and become part of a strange and different environment known as time and space. This will be a journey into a far country, foreign to anything you have ever experienced. I will give you an inheritance for this journey, a terrestrial body that will be suited for this journey. This experience will be so different that you will imagine that I have abandoned you, but this I could never do, for you are Me, and I AM you. I will be hiding within your vessel until the memory returns of who it is that you are, and where you came from. And Adam, you must never view what you experience in that far country as good and evil because knowledge of good and evil will kill you."

Viewing his experience as good and evil WAS Adam's missing of the mark, his sin. Once the fruit of that tree was eaten EGO was born. Adam began to IMAGINE that he was something other than what the Father was. Adam CREATED an identity separate from the Father by imagining that He was a separate being, rather than God manifesting Himself in physical form. This is not only the birth of ego but also the birth of duality...Adam now thinks he and Father are two separate individuals rather than two manifestations of one being.

Lucifer has fallen from His heavenly state of BE-ING. The light has dimmed, the memory has faded, the Spirit, which clothed his body has gone inward now only to be heard in that faint voice known as the conscience. The pure light within Adam's veins begins to slow down until it congeals into a thick, red paste and Adam's DNA now becomes encoded with messages of death. The light that was in Adam's veins traveled at a speed so high that sickness, disease and death were impossibilities but the congealed light that we now call blood vibrates at a frequency low enough to retain false information such as disease. "How art though fallen from your heavenly state of BE-ing, oh Lucifer, son of the morning! How art thou cut down to the earth (WHEN DID YOU BECOME EARTH...FLESH AND BLOOD?!) which did weaken the nations (by weakening the spiritual DNA)" (Is. 14:12).

Let's take a close look at the encounter between Jesus and the rich, young ruler. In the first text I have quoted I have purposefully omitted the italicized words, "that is, God" that were added for clarity by the translators so that we can see how the text actually reads.

"And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life? And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, God." (Matt.19:16).

Since there was no punctuation in the Greek language, I will now take the liberty of moving the comma from behind the word "one" to behind the third "good". Let's see how it reads now.

"And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life? And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good, but one God." (Matt.19:16).

See the difference? The translators added italicized words and punctuation to match their spiritual paradigm. The translators imagined that Jesus was saying God is good but men are evil when in reality Jesus was addressing the real issue of the young man's heart and that was that the man was trying to reach God and find peace by living by a moral code, the ten commandments. Let me paraphrase the words of Jesus to the young man.

"Young man, you believe that I am good and that you are evil. You have kept the commandments your whole life but yet you have no peace. You think that by keeping the law you will be pleasing to God and will be able to have a relationship with Him. But as you can see, keeping the law has not done you a bit of good. You imagine that I am good, but I am neither good or evil, I just AM. And while you imagine that God is good and people are bad you miss the truth that in reality God is all there is, there is nothing else BUT God, "...for I am God, and there is none else." (Is.45:22b).

The young man was looking for the truth and reality that Adam lost. The man had great wealth, but he was not whole, something was missing. Jesus challenged him to keep the law only to point out to him that keeping the law his entire life brought him no peace. What was missing? Jesus introduces to the man the secret that will begin the journey home to the Father. Let's read, "The young man said unto him, All these things (commandments) have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet? Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and you shall have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me. (Matt.19:20-21).

We have never understood the simple word given to Adam so long ago.  The simplest of commands was given to him but we still have not grasped the truth of that simple command which will set us free.  There were many trees in the garden that the Father planted, and from all those trees Adam could freely eat.  There were no restrictions to the multitude of trees in the garden.  Even the tree of life was there, to which there was no restriction.  "And the LORD God COMMANDED (first commandment) the man, saying, Of EVERY tree of the garden you may FREELY eat: BUT of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, you shall not eat of it: for in the DAY that you eat thereof you shall surely die." (Gen.2:16-17).  The minute we view our lives, our actions, or the path we are on from the standpoint of good and evil our access to the tree of life is immediately cut off, and we die.

Yes, the fall of man was a set up.  The scripture we quoted from Genesis stated that the Lord God COMMANDED the man.  The Father knew that the man, in his egotistical imagination of having a separate identity from the Father, was not capable of keeping any law, even the simplest of commands, that could be imposed upon the imaginary being that Adam created.  Adam and God were not two, they were ONE, one and the same, the very same BEING.  In Adam's fallen state he becomes the creator of his own soul-life, an imaginary self-life that has forgotten who he is.  Where did Adam fall from?  From his heavenly state of being, he fell from his Elohim consciousness.  "But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that you are mindful of him? Or the son of man, that you visit him?  You made him a little lower than the angels (Hebrew-ELOHIM!); thou crowned him with glory and honor, and set him over the works of your hands." (Heb.2:6-7).  Adam fell from his Elohim consciousness, or from KNOWING that he is Elohim.

Strong meat belongs to the mature.  If you can receive it, I would like to give some strong meat now.  "But strong meat belongs to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good AND evil." (Heb.5:14).  We imagine the writer of Hebrews is saying that we need to discern both good and evil so that we can do the good and not do the evil.  This is not what he said.  He said we need to discern BOTH GOOD AND EVIL.  One is as deadly as the other.  It is like saying we need to discern both arsenic and strychnine, they are both killers and will kill you dead the DAY you ingest them.  AH!  For in the DAY that we eat, we shall surely die.  When we understand that our book has already been written, our path chosen for us, and our lives are completely in the hand of the Father that loves us without any thought or reservation, we can experience the Life in our Father and our union and oneness with Him without any thoughts of guilt or condemnation which were created by the law.  The moment we place ourselves under any law given from Mt. Sinai, or from society, from another person, or even from our own mind, we die.  The moment guilt, shame, or condemnation arises is our hearts we imagine we not acceptable to our Father, and that feeling of separation cuts off the life from that one tree in the midst of the garden, the tree of life.  Access into that eternal realm called God is denied the very moment we eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.  We cannot eat of both trees at once, we must find the courage to remove ourselves from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and enter into the fullness the life of the Father, which life is in you this very minute, waiting to be revealed by your simple acknowledgment that the works were done before the foundation of the world.  The time is now, there is no past or future, those are just illusions, there is just this one eternal moment called NOW.

Can you feel Him inside you?  Do you recognize that the "He" within you IS you?  Do you know that He is patient, He will allow you to take all the time you need to remember the truth?  Do you know He is kind, He holds no good thing from you and has no evil or angry thought toward you.  Do you know He thinks no evil?  He is incapable of thinking evil toward you.  Do you know He never fails?  He hides behind your wall of flesh waiting for you to see Him. . .

Jesus said HE and HE alone is the true shepherd of the sheep.  What did He say right after that?  He said that all that came before Him were thieves and robbers.  Ask yourself a question, who came before Him.  Was it the Pharisees?  No way.  It was Moses and the prophets.  It was the Mosaic/Levitical system that was only a manifestation of the tree that God commanded Adam not to eat from.  At the cross Jesus took that law, the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, and BLOTTED IT OUT WITH HIS OWN BLOOD AND NAILED IT TO HIS CROSS AND LEFT IT THERE FOREVER FREEING YOU FROM THE BONDAGE OR RESTRICTION OF LIVING UNDER THE DEMANDS OF AN EXTERIOR LAW. (See Col.2:14).

There He stands, Jesus, waiting for you to enter through the door into life.  He stands at the door, He said that He IS the door.  At the cross Jesus rent and removed the blinding veil, which is flesh and blood, giving you access into the eternal, the tree of life that is in the midst of you.  At the cross Jesus ended the duality, and destroyed the IMAGE or imagination of the existence of any life in the universe other than the life of the Father.  At the cross Jesus brought God and man back together, destroying the illusion that life separate from Father is possible, making God and man inseparably one.  As every knee bows and every tongue freely and openly acknowledges the Lordship of Jesus, the bonds of the false adamic genetic information is broken and we are free to live life IN and AS the Father as He is free to live IN and AS us.

At the cross Jesus roared as a lion proclaiming, "IT IS FINISHED!"  That piercing cry into the heavens destroyed the false information of the genetic code of Adam.  The book of Jude speaks of being..."reserved in age lasting chains under darkness (ignorance, void of light, understanding) unto the judgment of the great day." (Jude 6b).  The prison we were placed in is our physical bodies and the chains of darkness that bind is is the DNA with false information and memories dating back six thousand years to Adam.  Jude says we are in these chains reserved under ignorance UNTO THE JUDGMENT OF THE GREAT DAY!  That JUDGMENT DAY has passed.  That Judgment day was the day Jesus went to the cross . . . dying not only vicariously for us, but He died as us. . .that is, He became every man, woman, and child that has ever or will ever live and died as them.  All of humanity went to the cross and died in Jesus.  All of humanity were buried and sealed in the tomb in Him.  And all humanity arose from the slumber of death into the immortal existence of life IN and AS Christ.  On that great judgment day flesh and blood were destroyed, and life, all creation as the collective Elohim were restored.  He restored you at the cross, He healed you at the cross, He saved you at the cross, He forgave you at the cross, He reconciled you at the cross, and all this He did before you were born.  You were born into this earth AS Christ, not Adam, For Jesus was the LAST Adam.  You were born not owing anything, for all debts were canceled at the cross before you were born.  You were born free, and the only veil remaining that hides the truth is your mind that could not see the truth because it still feeds from a tree that God said we were not to eat from.

You are neither good or evil, you just are!  You course has been set, each page of your book has been written leaving out no detail, and your glorious destiny has been predetermined.  There is no way to fail.  You are not making mistakes, you are simply walking your path.  LOOK!  Do you see those scary creatures called Cherubim that you IMAGINED were keeping you AWAY FROM the tree of life?  Oh look again, It is Jesus with the flaming sword, the Word that proceeds from His mouth that you and I live by...my God, He is not blocking the way at all, He is keeping the way, He is keeping it open for you and me!  Did He not say He WAS that door?  Drop the fruit from that old tree that has never produced anything of life in you, and let's enter into that Paradise of God. . . together.
